NewsTurns out Sony's teasers were for a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale live-action trailer
Today is October 23, the would be release date for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale had it not been delayed until November 20 due to "polishing and tuning".
Although we don't have the game today, Sony has treated us to a brand new, live-action trailer for the upcoming mascot brawler. The new trailer features clips from the previous three teasers that have been released over the course of the past week, including an entirely new fighting sequence between Sackboy, Nathan Drake, Cole, and Kratos.
At the end we run into a gamer who takes the blame for Kratos getting hit with the propane tank. Is that Michael from last year's "For Michael" ad campaign!?
We had a feeling the teasers would lead up to an full-blown ad for PlayStation All-Stars, but before this there were thoughts that it could be teasing an inFAMOUS 3 or even the PlayStation 4. Alas, it's just PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
