If you're a basketball fan, then you there's a good chance that you are going to love the official NBA 2K13 trailer. Up until now we've seen bits and pieces of the game, but the new trailer released today gives us our first look at the complete NBA 2K13 package that 2K will deliver this year.

And let me tell you, it looks amazing. I rarely get into basketball games, but it doesn't take a genius to recognize that 2K Games excels with the NBA 2K franchise. If you thought last year's installment was good, just wait until you see what NBA 2K13 has to offer. Executive produced by Jay-Z, NBA 2K13 looks to create an authentic gameplay experience while capturing the basketball culture.

From the game's iconic soundtrack to the innovative changes made to gameplay, NBA 2K13 has got me excited for basketball which is a pretty hard thing to do considering it is only September and the season doesn't "really" start until the playoffs arrive. I'll admit, it helps that I live in South Florida and the Miami Heat are champions. Yes, you can call me a bandwagoner.

Last week, 2K announced their plans to expand the NBA 2K13 experience with the new NBA 2K Everywhere, a venture that aims to offer the NBA 2K  experience anywhere via an all-new mobile app, a social game on Facebook, and full-featured mobile version of NBA 2K13.
