You know what Kick-Ass 2 needs more of? Villains. Actor/director/writer Andy Nyman is playing a villain in the upcoming sequel. He confirmed on his website that he was cast as The Tumor, a villain that is in the villainous group The Toxic Mega-C**ts (The C-word that women hate).

Nyman joins newcomers John Leguizamo and Donald Faison, while Jim Carrey is still being rumored for the role of Colonel Stars. Nyman is a bit of a renaissance man when it comes to the entertainment industry. I'm not familiar with a lot of his work, outside of Death at a Funeral.
