NewsBaldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition playable at PAX
Beamdog will have a playable version of upcoming RPG, Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, at PAX Prime which is set to take place in Seattle next week.
At the convention, Beamdog's Cori Dickinson will have an iPad with Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition ready to play. Using an upgraded version of the Infinity Engine, Enhanced Edition includes the entire Baldur's Gate adventure, the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion pack, never before seen content including a new adventure, and three new party members: The Calishite Monk Rasaad yn Bashir, Neera the Wild Mage, and Dorn Il-Khan, the evil blackguard.
Last month, creative director Trent Oster confirmed the game will have co-op multiplayer and will support cross-platform play. Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition is set to arrive on September 18.
