I'm all for colorful sneakers. I myself own a sweet pair of navy and bright orange Nike sneakers. And while I wouldn't buy a pair of hand-painted Super Mario sneakers — or Thor sneakers for that matter — I am really impressed by them. And there definitely are people that'll buy them. Even if they're aren't going to wear it.

I found these on GammaSquad, and they have a whole gallery of sneakers done by the creative team of Art Narin and Koi Thitiporn from What's Shop. GammaSquad also puts up a lot of cool, geeky sneakers. So be sure to check that out.
