Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Chaos Pack, the first of the final two Collection DLC packs, is now available on Xbox 360.

Available for 1,200 Microsoft Points, or $14.99, Chaos Pack introduces a new Special Ops Chaos Mode, three new Face Off maps (Vortex, U-Turn and Intersection), and four new Special Ops Missions (Vertigo, Arctic Recon, Light 'Em Up and Special Delivery). The Special Chaos Mode will "deliver a frenetic form of combat that demands players to outlast waves of enemies, while chaining kills on maps littered in power-ups to achieve the highest possible score on fan-favorite multiplayer maps Resistance, Village, Underground and Dome."

Following Collection 3 will be MW3 Final Assault, or Collection 4, tailored toward "hardcore multiplayer fans"  with the addition of five new multiplayer maps. Collection 4 will arrive on Xbox 360 on September 6, 2012.

Chaos Pack is currently only available on Xbox 360. Activision hasn't yet announced a release date for PS3 and PC, but be sure to check out the Modern Warfare 3 Content Calendar for DLC release dates.
