Not long after announced the release dates for the final two Content Collections for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's Season of Content, Activision has released screenshots for the upcoming Chaos Pack.

The first of the last two, MW3 Colleciton #3: Chaos Pack introduces a brand new Special Ops Chaos Mode, three new Face Off maps (Vortex, U-Turn and Intersection), and four new Special Ops Missions (Vertigo, Arctic Recon, Light 'Em Up and Special Delivery).

The Special Chaos Mode will "deliver a frenetic form of combat that demands players to outlast waves of enemies, while chaining kills on maps littered in power-ups to achieve the highest possible score on fan-favorite multiplayer maps Resistance, Village, Underground and Dome."

Call of Duty: MW3 Collection #3: Chaos Pack is set to release on Xbox 360 on August 9, 2012. It will release shortly after on PS3 and PC. Following that will be Collection $4: Final Assault which will release on Xbox 360 on September 6, 2012.
