Today's patch for the console versions of Awesomenauts is live and free for all players.

The download ushers in two new characters: Coco Nebulon, the first female Awesomenaut, who boasts psycho-electric melee abilities, lightning trails, and an explosive lightning ball; and Derpl Zork, the nephew of the president of Zork Industries, who lacks smarts but has a transforming combat walker to amend for any shortcomings.

Also new are balance tweaks, connectivity fixes, and additional prestige levels.

Awesomenauts costs $9.99 on PSN and 800 Microsoft Points on XBLA. It's coming to PC and Mac soon.
