Final Fantasy VII officially back on PC, not a remake though

While a remake of Final Fantasy VII has been on every JRPG fan's mind for years ever since the big tease by Square Enix, it has become more like a pipe dream at this point.

Still, for those who fondly remember playing their copies of FFVII on their PC, and installing the game using the multiple discs it came on (well maybe not that part), will be able to once again rekindle those memories, because FFVII is making its way back as a digital download.

The game's info page on the Square Enix site reveals that there will be numerous improvements to the game. Though not graphical, these additions will utilize features that have somewhat become of a standard, such as cloud saves and achievements.
