Another day, another expansion for The Sims 3. I honestly feel like we are getting a new expansions announcement every day. Today's digital download is the Sims 3 Lucky Palms, a new world filled with manicured gardens and modern estates nestled on the banks of a pristine lake. Oh, there is also a hidden mystery that lies at the heart of town that is said to grant wishes tot he pure of heart.

That mystery is likely the Wishing Well, an all-new item that can help your Sim achieve their wildest dreams whether it be wealth, fame, power, or love. "Just toss a coin and make a wish and see if the dreams come true..." Uh, sounds tempting, but I'll pass. It probably has some nasty side effect.

Also introduced in today's download are new Sims and storylines such as professional rivalries, friendships, love and betrayal. Of course, it also contains a whole batch of new clothing, venues, objects, and décor items.

The Sims 3 Lucky Palms is available today for digital download exclusively at The Sims 3 Store. Also be on the lookout for another new expansion, The Sims 3: Supernatural, which is set to launch worldwide in September 2012.
