Happy Father's Day to all the great dads out there, and to all of the fine folks who are expecting little ones of their own. Before you head out to lunch or dinner to celebrate this special day, why not check out some awesome Far Cry 3 screenshots? They're really, really sexy!

Insanity seems to be the recurring theme in Ubisoft's upcoming first-person shooter, and from what we've seen, the game is definitely going down the right path to provide a world full of crazy characters and situations. Seriously, that "definition of insanity" guy is pretty awesome in a horrible sort of way.

Ubisoft has released some snazzy images for Far Cry 3, and they show off a lot of what the game's world will offer players. It doesn't take a genius to understand just how awesome the game looks from a graphical standpoint, and it's great to see an FPS that's rife with colorful environments. So much more appealing than those brown-and-gray shooters, that's for sure!

Far Cry 3 is scheduled to launch for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Watch out for it on September 4.
