In celebration of the launch of Battlefield 3: Close Quarters, the second Double XP event will take place this weekend.

Beginning June 16 at 12:01 am PDT and running until June 17 at 11:59 pm PDT, all players, both Premium and non-Premium members, will receive double XP when playing Battlefield 3.

Your sum total for every round will be effectively doubled and visible at the End of Round screen. This applies to any map and any mode, as long as you play on a ranked server.

Remember, if you are already a Battlefield 3 Premium member, you already have access to the Close Quarters expansion pack and get double XP on those maps as well.
