NewsHalo 4 brings back a familiar move, now politely called 'victory crouch'
The developers at 343 Industries are bringing "teabagging" to Halo 4 — as a more considerate "victory crouch."
The courtesy extends beyond the name change, however. Spartan Ops designer David Ellis told Kotaku that players have "the option of not seeing them do it."
In some of the game's multiplayer modes, players can press X to respawn and skip the possible teabagging. The feature will also help "get people back in action fast."
"If you're playing with your friends on your couch you can definitely customize this stuff to, say, extend the victory crouch window," Kevin Franklin, one of the game's lead multiplayer designers, said.
Halo 4 will release on Xbox 360 on November 6.
