The new E3 trailer for Soul Sacrifice demonstrates the many sacrifices possible in the game. One scene features a character who turns his sword into a tree. In another, bloody words of incantation float across the screen.

The video also shows various environments — including what resembles a frozen, chained wasteland.

What do you think of the trailer? Are you interested in this type of experience on the PlayStation Vita? In an interview for PlayStation Blog, creator Keiji Inafune said he wanted the magic-bound sacrifices of the game to signify more than mere increasing or decreasing numerical values — sounds like a refreshing concept.
