NewsPlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale confirmed for Vita
Rumors previously surfaced regarding a PlayStation Vita version of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Those rumors can now be put to rest, as Sony has just confirmed that its upcoming fighter will in fact appear on its latest handheld. PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will feature cross-platform play, with cross-save compatibility included.
Additionally, we got a glimpse at two new characters: Nathan Drake from the Uncharted series, and BioShock's Big Daddy. It looks like there may be several third-party characters, which is always great. I mean, just look at how awesome Super Smash Bros. Brawl was!
We also got a close look at the action. The game definitely has that Smash Bros. style, but a lot of the focus appears to be on building a Super meter to unleash devastating attacks. As a fan of these types of games, I have to say it looks pretty fun.
