NewsMax Payne 3 soundtrack drops this month
The Max Payne 3 Official Soundtrack drops digitally on May 23. LA-based band HEALTH composed and recorded the music.
The soundtrack features the song "TEARS," which will hit iTunes as a single on May 15, alongside the game's console release.
“Working on the soundtrack to Max Payne 3 was a great experience,” said HEALTH's John Famiglietti. “Rockstar gave us the freedom to bring our own sound to Max’s dark story, and we’re really proud of the results.”
Brazilian hip-hop artist Emicida also contributed an exclusive track, and Brooklyn-based collective Trouble & Bass compiled DJ mixes from the game's "Nightclub" chapter, which will be made available as a free download after launch.
