Activision is up to something; another Call of Duty is on the way, and though many suspect it to be Black Ops 2, the developer has yet to confirm anything. According to a recent retail poster, though, an announcement for a Call of Duty title is coming next month. 

Kotaku obtained the poster which simply says, " 05. 02.12. Return for debriefing." It's key to focus on the first word of the phrase -- Return. You must have something to return to in the first place, which adds to the suspect of the debriefing being Black Ops 2, or Blops 2 as trolls like to post. 

Activision has yet to respond to the poster "leak." Keep in mind the developer has teased the reality of Black Ops 2 several times in the past, including the purchase of the BlackOps2.com domain.
