TERA, the action oriented MMORPG is almost out in the US. And we all know that before a major MMO release, comes a big open beta.

Starting on 4/20 and running until 4/23, everyone who has made an account on TERA's official page will able to jump into the game and have a go at the action based combat themselves.

In addition, anyone who pre-ordered the game will get one extra day of game time, as the servers will open on 4/19.

If you want to know what you're getting yourself into, you can check out our Preview of the closed beta test, or check out our PAX hands on demo of the game. TERA is definitely an MMO to watch out for, not only because of its sheer beauty, but because tab target MMO's are so yesterday.

Remember to make yourself an account on their homepage and try the game out for yourself as soon as OBT servers are live, and give yourself some time to download the game, it's a big one.
