Summertime means mowing the lawn and pulling weeds, and in the case of Plants vs. Zombies, growing an army of plants to counter the latest zombie invasion. PopCap Games is preparing for the onslaught with a sale on its successful tower defense game.
Plants vs. Zombies has been ported to just about every current platform, but PC and Mac gamers can save 50% on the game now through Tuesday, April 17. It currently costs $9.95 on PopCap's website.
While protecting their home from the undead, players will fend off 26 different breed of zombies with an arsenal of 49 unique plants. The PC version includes 50 Adventure levels, 20 mini-games, Puzzle and Survival modes, and the Zen Garden.
