NewsPAX East 2012: Lollipop Chainsaw Jessica Nigri interview
Ever wonder what it's like to be the star of a video game? We sure did; that is why we jumped at the opportunity to interview Jessica Nigri, the real life counterpart of Lollipop Chainsaw's main character Juliet Starling.
Lollipop Chainsaw is a zombie-slaying, action game that tells the "un-deadly" story of a sweet, sexy, zombie-killing cheerleader, Juliet Starling, and her quest to uncover the root of a colossal zombie outbreak.
Nigri was recently announced as the winner of the "Search for Juliet" contest. Out of 15 finalists, fans voted on who they thought best embodied the "sweetness of Juliet Starling, while displaying the right amount of spice".
At PAX East this weekend, we had a chance to experience that spice and talked to the cosplay queen herself to find out just what being the face of Lollipop Chainsaw entails - appearances at live events (with sexy clothing that will get you yelled at during PAX) and consuming a ton of strawberry lollipops.
