Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition is coming to XBLA on May 9th.

Revealed via Major Nelson's blog post, which highlights the release dates for a number of highly-anticipated Xbox LIVE Arcade titles slated as part of its new Arcade Next season, Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition will cost 1600 Microsoft Points.

The Xbox LIVE Arcade version of the game features an "innovative new crafting interface, natural controller movements, a full Tutorial mode to teach the basics, and for the first time in Minecraft, split-screen multiplayer as well as over Xbox LIVE.

Other notable titles mentioned include franchise spin-off Fable Heroes, an action-packed, hack-and-slash adventure, which will release on May 2nd for 800 Microsoft Points.

Trials Evolution lands on April 18th, priced at 1200 MP.  A week later, on April 25th, we'll see the release of Bloodforge for 1200 MP.

All four titles will offer the newly set 400 Gamerscore points, with up to 30 Achievements available to unlock.
