Pre-order Guild Wars 2 and get access to all beta events

NCsoft today announced the Guild Wars 2 pre-purchase program which grants anyone who pre-orders the Guild Wars 2 Collector's, Digital Deluxe, or Standard Editions guaranteed entry into all upcoming beta weekend events. In addition, those who pre-order Guild Wars 2 will get a three-day head start prior to the game's launch, which will allow you to secure your character and guild names.

As an added bonus, NCsoft will throw in an exclusive Hero's Band item that boosts your character's statistics (+2 Power, +2 Precision, +2 Toughness, +2 Vitality, +2 Condition Damage, +2 Healing, and +2 per cent Critical Damage).

Pre-orders begin on April 10th for the Standard, Digital Deluxe, and Collector's Edition.

The Guild Wars 2 Collector's Edition includes a detailed, hand-painted 25 centimeter statue of the warrior Rytlock Brimstone and his signature flaming sword as well as a custom frame with five Guild Wars 2 art prints, a 112-page Making of Guild Wars 2 hardback book, a Best of Guild Wars 2 Soundtrack CD by Jeremy Soule.

The Collector's Edition and Digital Deluxe Editions also offer five in-game items: Golem Banker, Chalice of Glory, Tome of Influence, Miniature Rytlock, and Summon Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill that will fight .

The Guild Wars 2 Collector’s Edition retails at $150 /€149.99/£129.99, the Digital Deluxe at $69.99/€74.99/£64.99 and the Standard Edition at $49.99/€54.99/£49.99.

The actual release date for Guild Wars 2 has not been announced, but more beta events are expected next month.
