NewsFree Skyrim high-resolution texture pack released today with Creation Kit, available on Steam
Last week, Bethesda VP or Marketing & PR Pete Hines teased there would be a "special surprise" to go along with the newly released Skyrim Creation Kit and Steam Workshop.
To the delight of fans, Bethesda released the surprise: a Skyrim high-resolution texture pack.
Now available on the Steam Workshop, you can experience The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim as you've never seen it before, in glorious high-resolution.
Bethesda warns you before installing to "make sure your system requirements exceed Skyrim’s recommended specs before attempting to install, including Windows Vista or 7 operating system, a minimum of 4GB of system RAM and a DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with at least 1 GB of RAM and the latest drivers."
The FREE Skyrim high-resolution texture pack can be found here, along with a slew of screenshots.
