NewsMicrosoft warns Halo 4 beta invites are fake

As tempting as it may be to sign up for sites claiming to be giving away free access to Halo 4, Microsoft is warning users to stay away.
"If you see a page claiming to allow you to sign up for Halo 4 be advised, IT'S A FAKE," David Ellis of 343 Industries said on Twitter.
Halo 4 is due for release later this year on Xbox 360, but so far Microsoft has yet to announce any official beta plans for the game. Past releases lik Halo: ODST granted purchasers acces to Halo Reach's beta.
It was recently discovered that Halo 4 will also be the next special-edition Xbox 360.
