NewsResident Evil: Revelations to recieve demo
Used to be that if you wanted to find game demos, you had to hit up your local gaming shoppe, elbowing your way through crowds of sweaty gamers for a turn on the coveted demo station. Now, the magic of internets, lets us download that jazz! Streamlining the process for consumers everywhere. Though Nintendo has been slow to allow for demo downloads, a feature noticably absent from the Nintendo Wii, it seems that the 3DS will be recieving a demo of Capcom's Resident Evil: Revelations, assumedly by way of the eShop.
This news comes courtesy of the Capcom message boards, where Capcom of America Vice-Prez Christian Svensson told fans "A RE: Revelations demo for NA and Europe is coming." He went on to add that "In the case of NA, we're awaiting our date confirmation and code approval from NOA (we have a tentative from them, but I'll have to keep you in suspense). When we have something more concrete to share, you won't be able to miss it on the Capcom-Unity blog."
Seems we'll be keeping our eyes open for an official demo announcement date from Capcom, though with Revelations looking to be one of the few major 3DS releases of Q1, chances are we don't need a demo to know we'll be buying it February 7th.
