Ryu Hayabusa’s awaited return now has a date attached to it.  That’s right, March 20^th 2012 will be the release date for Ninja Gaiden 3.  This release date is for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 entertainment systems.  The newest title in the Ninja Gaiden series will offer players choices when to give mercy and when to take revenge.  Team NINJA wants players to know who it truly means to be a “Dark Hero.”

Besides an advanced ninja game play and close combat single player action, NG3 will include multiplayer elements.  This multiplayer will include both co-op game play and competitive play.  It’s time to enjoy some ninja gameplay across the internets.

Preordering NG3 at either GameStop or Amazon will get unique downloadable content.  This will include characters from Team NINJA’s Dead or Alive 5 fighting genre game for a demo stage.  The Collector’s Edition allows players to download a total of four Dead or Alive 5 characters, a Ninja Gaiden 3 “Unmask” game art book, soundtrack CD, and a unique "Duel of the Masked" figure not available elsewhere.  The Collector’s Edition is ONLY available through GameStop and EB Games.  The standard game is priced at $59.99 and the Collector’s Edition is priced at $99.99.

GameStop preorder will have the DOA demo stage featuring a duel between NG’s Hayabusa and DOA's Hitomi.

Amazon preorder will have the DOA demo stage featuring a duel between DOA characters Ayane and Hayate.

The Collector’s Eddition from GameStop will have the DOA demo stage featuring a duel between all four characters.
