Modern Warfare 3 Update Coming This Week to PS3, Xbox 360, and PC

Robert Bowling, the Community Manager for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has announced today that a new update will be coming to the game this week!

According to Bowling's Twitter, Modern Warfare 3 will be getting some much needed weapon re-balancing in a new update this week. In addition to the gameplay balance changes, fans should see several other fixes including updates to Clan Tags and Lag Comp on all platforms. PlayStation 3 Stats Loss will also be fixed, according to Bowing.

Bowling's Tweet confirms, "Thanks for the 'Recoil' reports. We're on it. Several other updates in the works as well: Clan Tags (All), Stats Loss (PS3), Lag Comp (All)".

The changes will come via a mixture of Title Updates and hot fixes. Bowling explained that some of the stuff will be a update, while the more simple weapon re-balancing can be done through a hot fix.

Unfortunately, "All" only includes the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, as they do not develop the Wii version of the game.
