Gears of War 3 Weekend Event Targets Hardcore Players

If you consider yourself to be a "hardcore" Gears of War 3 player, forget what you think you know about the game.

At least that's what Gears Design Director Cliff Bleszinski is saying this weekend's event will force you to do.

"The event that's coming up for this #Gearsweekend will force many hardcore to forget everything they think they know about the game... :D," teased Cliffy B.

Unfortunately, that's all we have right now, but check back as it's likely something will be announced later today or tomorrow.

Sawed Off with double the range? They've already replaced shotguns with the "Cluckshot" so it will be interesting to see what they could possibly come up with next. What are you hoping the event will be?
