Buying an app at full price seems like a waste these days, as almost every developer ends up running some sort of silly flash sale, pricing the games are little more  than a buck. Recently, Sega has proven to be a major contributor to my frugal mindset, offering their iOS wares for pennies on the dollar! 

I don't actually know what pennies on the dollar means. Either way, the following games are damn cheap until the 29th. Might actually be time to try out Sonic 4...
