NewsMortal Kombat Developers Have "Unexpected Surprise" Coming
Earlier NetherRealm Studios' Ed Boon, the executive producer of the Mortal Kombat series, dropped an unexpected announcement last night via Twitter.
"Unexpected surprise from NetherRealm Studios coming......?" he tweeted late last night.
While he hasn't specifically state what it could be, he's helped narrow it by responding to fans' questions about it.
Right now, we know it's not more DLC characters, the character Rain, a Mortal Kombat 9 Turbo Limited Special Edition with all the DLC and a few new characters, or Mortal Kombat Mythologies HD (re-shooting with new technology for awesome visuals).
Lastly, when asked if the surprise was MK9 related, Boon confirmed, "No sir."
What do you think it could be? Does NetherRealm have a new title in the works?
