NewsSkyrim Sells Over 3.4 Million Units in Two Days
With this year’s huge titles coming out, only a handle full of games have the right to call themselves top dog in the market. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim can now hold that title. Skyrim in 2 days sold 3.4 million units and that is not even including digital downloads. Skyrim will out sell its predecessor (Oblivion) in mere weeks. Xbox had the highest percentage of the games sold with a number totaling over 2 million copies, with PS3 and PC following respectively.
Modern Warefare 3 and Battlefield 3 are the only games higher then Skyrim for sales at the moment but Skyrim is selling at an extremely fast rate. Can Skyrim take down some of the “Most Aniticpated Games of the Year”? Only time will tell.
