NewsPenny Arcade presents Zelda: Skyward Sword
The webcomic duo of Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik are no stranger to the gaming industry, their creation Penny Arcade one of the longest running commentaries on the medium. As such, they're often approached to do small mini-comics to promote the release of upcoming games, though according to artist Mike Krahulik, no project was more exciting than their recent work for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
"A few months ago Nintendo approached us about doing a project for them. I was interested, but my schedule was full at the time" Mike writes. "Then they told us it was Zelda."
Mike quickly rearranged his responsibilites to make room for their project, with the first page of the comic already available on Nintendo's website. Mike says its his "best work to date," and given his impressive portfolio, that's not a claim to take lightly.
