Gamers are anxiously awaiting Rayman Origins, the latest installment of the much-beloved platformer looking to completely revitalize the franchise. Luckily, those unable to wait for their Rayman fix will be happy to know that a playable demo of the game has just made its way onto the Playstation Network and Xbox Live marketplaces.

The demo consists of three levels, one map each from the Jungle, Food and Ocean worlds. By collecting nine Electoons players will unlock a new costume within the game, though whether this costume can be used outside the demo is unknown. Point is, there's some free gaming to be had Rayman fans. Have at it!
