NewsFamitsu Approves of Ni no Kuni
Famitsu, the Japanese gaming publication with one of the coolest names ever, has rated Ni no Kuni, translates Andriasang. I think most of us expected the game to be a winner. Now, those of us living in North America who were stoked about Ni no Kuni before can get even more excited about the game.
Famitsu awarded the PlayStation 3 RPG scores of 8, 9, 10, and 9, for a total of 36/40, which pretty much translates into a 9/10 score for those of us who dig the 10-point scale. In all honesty, though, this game could have gotten a much lower score, and I would still want to play it. I mean, just look at that lovely art style!
In news that's certainly relevant, the magazine also gave out scores of 10, 10, 9, and 10 to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. That's pretty oustanding considering the fact that western games like Call of Duty aren't as popular in Japan. Well, that's another reviewer that praises a game that fans seem to think is cool bashing now.
Anyway, Ni no Kuni, you guys. Yeah, it looks pretty awesome. I really can't wait for the game's North American release. Grrrr! Want so hard!
