Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is set for its worldwide release tonight at midnight (or technically tomorrow).  Before you pick up your copy, some of you may be wondering if you should begin clearing some space on your harddrive to make room for the blockbuster shooter.

Thanks to a fan who goes by the name MrKQgaming, we now have the installation size of the game on PlayStation 3.  Modern Warfare 3 will only take a miniscule 50 MB of hard drive space to run properply on your console.  It's quite a difference from the Xbox 360 counterpart which has a much larger installation requiring 7.4GB HDD space.  It should be noted that neither of the installs are mandatory.
