NewsThe Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Map Revealed
A leaked image of the map from The Legend of Zelda: Skyrward Sword shows the land in which Link's adventure will take place. The abstract representation of the map is broken up into three separate land masses connected by a central hub. It appears as if players will transition between areas via sky travel.
Located in the center of the map, the island in the sky looks to be the main hub, similar to what players experienced with the sea in Windwaker. Players will most likely use this as a way to fly between the distinct areas, which appear to be plains, volcanic, and jungle themed. Although the map is pretty abstract, it does appear to be sized pretty standard to previous Zelda titles. When you think about the larger sky area, there should be tons of islands to explore.
