NewsMinecraft Meets Star Wars In This Fan-Made Machinima
Forget the power of the Darkside. Forget being a Jedi. I want to be the Herobrine.
Minecraft fan, and YouTube user Ultek, has created a new fan-film combining our two favorite things: Minecraft and Star Wars. In this machinima mash-up you will see the Imperial Empire sending over Stormtroopers to the Minecraft world. Unbeknownst to them, something is stalking them, the well-known Minecraft meme, Herobrine.
According to Minecraft Wiki, "The Herobrine is the subject of a community-made "creepy-pasta". He is a human entity, but with white eyes, and often seen as a dead miner."
Check out the video below to see what the Herobrine has in store for these unwelcomed visitors. Be sure to watch until the end as it contains a surprising reveal that will make everything come together. Without further adieu, witness the power of the Herobrine.
Who would've thought the Endermen were led by the famed Herobrine!? It all makes sense now! Hopefully, Ultek continues to make videos like this continuing where this one left off...Will the Endermen successfully nuke the Empire!? We'll have to wait and see! Or perhaps George Lucas will pick this up. I can see it now, Star Wars Episode 7: The Endermen Wars (now in 4D).
Ultek said the movie took about 3 to 4 months to create using 3d Studio Max, Adobe Premiere, Cryengine, and Aftereffects. If you listen closely you should be able to hear some sound effects from StarCraft 2 and World of Warcraft.
If fan-films continue with this kind of quality we won't need a Hollywood anymore.
