A couple of hours ago, three photos were posted to The Elder Scrolls facebook page.  No context were given for these photos.  The photos are close-ups of armor, a weapon hilt, and...well, just see for yourself.

I guessing it is from a Skyrim fan film, or from a live-action cinematic that Bethesda has planned.  What do you think?
