Capcom To
Premiere Xbox 360 Version Of Devil May Cry 4 At Leipzig Games Convention

Capcom today confirmed that Leipzig Games
Convention will mark the global debut of Devil May Cry 4 for the Xbox 360.
Capcom will also showcase Devil May Cry 4 for Sony Computer Entertainment’s
PlayStation 3. Devil May Cry 4 is scheduled for release this winter; a PC
version is also in development.

Showing in Capcom’s dedicated Devil May Cry 4
stand (Stand C02, Hall 2), visitors will be able to play as Nero, the new
character in the highly stylized action series that has achieved global sales of
close to 7 million units. Devil May Cry 4 also sees the introduction of a new
and unique gameplay mechanic to master as players learn to take full advantage
of Nero’s Devil Bringer arm and the immensely powerful attacks and non-stop
combo techniques it delivers.

“Devil May Cry is one of Capcom’s key brands,
“commented Michael Pattison, Senior Marketing Director, CE Europe, “and Leipzig
Games Convention provides an excellent opportunity for both PlayStation 3 and
Xbox 360 gamers to get hands on experience of the latest addition in the series
that defines stylish action.”

As a knight in the Order of Maken, an ancient
sect that worships Sparda the devil warrior who saved mankind, Nero has sworn an
oath to annihilate all demons; so when Dante bursts in on an important Maken
ceremony and slaughters numerous worshippers, Nero assumes Dante must be a demon
and launches into a frenzied attack. But will Dante turn out to be the true
enemy?

Taking full advantage of the advanced graphical
and processing power of the next-gen systems, Devil May Cry 4 draws gamers into
the rich and highly detailed world of Fortuna and its surrounds with more
enemies than ever before and some of the most breath-taking bosses ever
conceived.
