Patch v.1.02 Fixes Bugs, Adds Features and Enhancements.

In addition to fixing several user reported bugs, this patch corrects the unit selection mechanism to prevent unwanted unit turning, includes a new weapon firing option, tweaks the Customizer interface, defines a new AI Mission, adds new rules for weapons and transports and, best of all, allows computer vs. computer play - as requested by the simulations crowd.
