WESTWOOD STUDIOS BEGINS REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR EARTH & BEYOND
Players earn in-game rewards when friends register
LAS VEGAS, NV (Dec. 6, 2002) - Friends and family now have even more reasons to blast off into in the world's first online role-playing galaxy, Earth & Beyond(tm). Westwood Studios(tm) announced today the start of the Buddy Referral Program, which allows players to earn in-game rewards for introducing friends to the game. Earth & Beyond is an online role-playing game published by Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS) under the EA GAMES(tm) brand.

Referral rewards are given after a new player installs the retail version of Earth & Beyond, or if he uses a Buddy Registration Code and installs the game using his friend's discs. Buddy Registration Codes are on sale at www.eabuddystore.com for $21.95.
