Spike TV  “Video Game Awards 2005” Honors Activision’s Call Of Duty 2, Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland And True Crime: New York City

Santa Monica, CA – November 22, 2005 -- Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) announced today that three of its holiday games Call of Duty®2, Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland and True Crime®: New York City were honored at the Spike TV “Video Game Awards 2005” show, held on Friday night at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles.

Call of Duty 2 earned “Best Military Game,” Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland was named “Best Individual Sports Game” and True Crime: New York City’s Traci Lords and Christopher Walken were honored in the “Best Supporting Female Performance” and “Best Supporting Male Performance” categories for their roles in the gritty urban drama.
