Gamers and MCs Meet for EA SPORTS Livestyle in Los Angeles

Jermaine Durpi and NBA Stars Corey Maggette and Quentin Richardson Headline the Nov. 23 Event

EA SPORTS Livestyle is a celebration of NBA LIVE 2004 and the lifestyle that surrounds it. Last month, EA SPORTS Livestyle made its debut in New York. Now it’s time to test the competition in Los Angeles.

Part NBA LIVE 2004 tournament, part MC Battle, EA SPORTS Livestyle further establishes NBA LIVE as THE competitive standard by offering registered competitors the opportunity to test themselves against the best of the best. Last month’s winners from New York and the winners from LA will go head-to-head at February’s EA SPORTS Livestyle Finals during NBA All-Star weekend.

WHAT:

Jermaine Dupri, Corey Maggette, Quentin Richardson, Big Boy, Felli Fell, and Evidence will visit the Avalon in Hollywood on Sunday, November 23, for EA SPORTS Livestyle. The competition takes place from 3-7 p.m.

Bragging rights, a cameo appearance in NBA LIVE 2005 and a record label deal with Arista Records are on the line at EA SPORTS Livestyle, an event that celebrates NBA LIVE as the competitive standard in gaming as well as a showcase for the hip-hop stars of tomorrow.

This event is free and open to the public.
