EA Ships Medal of Honor Infiltrator for the Game Boy Advance

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – November 18, 2003 – The award-winning Medal of Honor™ franchise has invaded the Game Boy® Advance as Medal of Honor Infiltrator™ from Electronic Arts (Nasdaq: ERTS) has begun shipping to retail outlets. EA Los Angeles, creators of the award-winning Medal of Honor series, and Netherock Limited have partnered to develop this all new experience designed specifically for the Game Boy Advance under the EA GAMES™ brand.

Delivering the top-notch presentation and gameplay that have come to signify the Medal of Honor franchise, players will assume the role of Corporal Jake Murphy, completing five daring missions to defeat the Axis in some of WWII’s most famous battles. From sabotaging enemy resources to capturing key personnel to all-out firefights, the player will need to master a variety of gameplay styles to overcome the enemy. On foot, in a tank, or using stealth, players will engage opponents on the battlefield with a variety of WWII era weapons including machine guns, grenades, and bazookas.

Medal of Honor Infiltrator blends exploration and action gameplay from an overhead view with fixed-position, first-person shooting sections. Players will also have the opportunity to use their Game Boy Advance Game Boy Link Cable to play with a friend for two-player combat action. Connecting to Medal of Honor™ Rising Sun on Nintendo GameCube™ with a Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance Link Cable will provide a real time map on the Game Boy Advance to assist in gameplay.
