OMF: Battlegrounds to Feature on Tournament Tour

Title to be featured at Xcelerator Gaming LAN in Washington, D.C. in November

Panama City Beach, FL – October 24, 2003 - Diversions Publishing, publisher of One Must Fall: Battlegrounds (Q4 2003), an upcoming Multiplayer fighter for the PC, is proud to announce that One Must Fall will be featured in tournaments at the Xcelerator Gaming LAN and Tournament in Washington DC, November 7-9 2003, and in a tournament at the ATI Cyber X Games at CES, January 8-11, 2004.

One Must Fall: Battlegrounds will be featured first at the Xcelerator Gaming LAN and Tournament (http://www.xceleratorgaming.com) in Washington DC at the Dulles Expo Center.  Players will have an opportunity to receive a free CD with the Limited Test version of the PC game over the course of the weekend, then participate in an open Limited Test tournament on November 9th to compete for $100 in cash and possibly other prizes.  In attendance at the event will be at least one developer from the Diversions Entertainment OMF development team, training players in one-on-one play sessions over the course of the weekend.  Players and spectators are invited to come out and spend some time with Diversions at boot 708, where prizes and giveaways will be happening over the course of the event.  Anyone interested will have the opportunity to signup for purchase of the game.

In January 2004, Diversions Publishing is proud to announce that the first post-release developer-supported tournament will be hosted at the ATI Cyber X Games (http://www.cyberxgaming.com)  in Las Vegas, Nevada at CES.  Players will have the opportunity to enter in both individual and team tournaments with the release version of One Must Fall to compete for cash prizes and computer accessories.  A Diversions Entertainment OMF development team member will also be on hand to demonstrate the game and provide one-on-one, hands-on, in-game training with interested spectators.  Copies of One Must Fall: Battlegrounds will be available for purchase at the event for interested players.
