EA Announces Agent Under Fire Goes Gold!
Bust out the martini glasses and mix, stirred not shaken...
Electronic Arts is very pleased to announce that its highly anticipated PlayStation 2 title, James Bond 007 in...Agent Under Fire, has GONE GOLD and is on schedule to ship to stores everywhere on Tuesday, November 13!
Agent Under Fire represents the complete Bond experience. Utilizing a completely original single player storyline along with all new characters, the game immerses the player in the 007 universe by incorporating action, driving and stealth mixed with a healthy dose of girls, gadgets and guns. Agent Under Fire features 12 single player levels set throughout the globe. As Bond, the player must prevent the evil Malprave from taking over the world with cloning technology. To accomplish this, the player must use his wits and guile to stop the ultimate criminal mastermind, save the world....and get the girl! In addition, Agent Under Fire supports up to four players in intense split screen action via the PlayStation 2's multitap accessory.
In other news, the official web site for Agent Under Fire has been updated with more exciting features and information. The web site has a fresh, clean look that makes navigation easier and faster. This week's web additions spotlight a brand new, action-packed "movie" trailer highlighting many of the exciting moments of the game and excluisve information about the "The Streets of Romania" level. This level puts the player behind the wheel of a Q-Lab eqipped Aston Martin DB5 to combat evil henchmen with rockets, guided missiles, oil slicks and machine guns.
