Gene Simmons AXE Guitar Controller Available for Pre-Order

Hip Street has announced the Gene Simmons AXE guitar for PlayStation Guitar Hero and Rock Band has arrived. This fully equipped, axe-shaped guitar controller is a three-quarter replica of the KISS bassist and vocalist’s signature guitar and is compatible with PlayStation 2 and 3.

Distributed by Kobian USA, the Gene Simmons AXE guitar is available now for pre-order on http://www.hipstreetonline.com and retailing for $79.99 (it will ship November 15, 2008.)

The Gene Simmons AXE is a fully equipped, axe-shaped guitar controller compatible with PlayStation 2 and 3 Guitar Hero and Rock Band. A replica of the KISS bassist and vocalist’s signature bass guitar, the Gene Simmons AXE guitar controller is a three-quarter sized replica of the original AXE guitar and slightly larger than the standard video game guitar controllers.
