Put on your fairy wings - Xicat soon to release Zanzarah!

Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. – Oct. 29, 2002 – Xicat Interactive blurs the line between fantasy and reality with the release of Zanzarah, due out Nov. 19.

The Game:

Once upon a time, the world of magic and the world of reality co-existed harmoniously. Mankind then became fearful of magic and began to persecute the magical creatures forcing two druids to seal off the portals that brought the two worlds together. The creatures retreated to a private paradise named Zanzarah. This separation produced a prophecy, that one day a human would join the two worlds again. Enter Amy, a refreshingly strong and realistic role model who possesses the key to peace in Zanzarah. Teetering on the edge of chaos, Amy must wield her magical powers and train her fairies to save Zanzarah.

Playable demos, new screen shots and videos are available, letting you catch a glimpse of the beautiful world of Zanzarah, Amy, the heroine and her band of battle fairies.

-Gorgeous array of environments including snowy mountaintops and lava-filled underground caverns.

-Use health and mana potions to enhance your fairies powers, unlock levels and locate and capture evil wild fairies.

-Solve various puzzles with the help of your trained fairies.

-Collect and archive your fairies in your “Fairy Book” to become a Fairy Master.

Zanzarah is scheduled be released for PC on Nov. 19, 2002. Rating is pending.
