Well we here at Eidos Inc. are pleased to announce that the North American ship date for Legacy of Kain: Defiance (PS2 & Xbox) has been moved up, yes...UP by one full week! November 11, 2003 now marks the day that we unleash our protagonist anti-heroes...Kain and Raziel upon gamers abound! You should be able to find the game in most stores as early as the very next day, on November 12.

So it appears that we will all be able to sink our teeth into LOK: Defiance a bit earlier. Great news for those looking for action-packed, blood-sucking, soul-owning gaming goodness! In the usual accord, we cannot let news such as this go unaccompanied...no no. Today we also reveal our official "Kain" trailer. Ever wonder what brought Kain to his majestic status of vampiric ownage? Well this little taste of Kain's core game-play is sure to fill us in and whet the appetites of those looking to take control of Kain in the way he should have always been! Feel the hairs on your neck stand up as we get schooled on the art of combat. From the insane use of combos, lifts and juggles, to the straight wielding of the Soul Reaver in fierce pack-style combat...to my personal favorite...TK - Picture Darth Vader, add a dash of Dracula and a sprinkle of Blade...then crank that up a notch...and you're pretty close.
