Shrapnel Games announced today that the highly anticipated contstruction set, The War Engine, has began shipping. Due to heavy pre-orders, all backorders are expected to ship by end of business, October 24th.

Timothy W. Brooks, President of Shrapnel Games, said, "We received finished product early this morning and are already busy filling pre- orders. Developers everywhere should be creating their own wargames by week end."

The War Engine is the ultimate wargame construction kit. With it you can easily construct any number of war, strategy, or conflict based games by simply defining the rules, and units involved.
